CD Mining Mechanism Update Effective September 1, 2024

Dear Valued Investors,

We are pleased to announce the official update to the CD Mining mechanism, which will take effect from September 1, 2024. Following the conclusion of the promotion phase for early participants on August 31, 2024, CapitalDAO has finalized the details of the CD Mining mechanism as outlined below:

• Duration: The CD Mining program will span 10 years, divided into 5 blocks, each lasting 2 years. Block 1 will commence at 00:00 on September 1, 2024 (Hong Kong time).

• Allocation: All CDs allocated for Mining will be locked in a smart contract, evenly distributed over 10 years, and unlocked on a monthly basis.

• Performance Decrease: CD Mining performance will decrease by 20% after each 2-year block.
